How do I contact a wizard?

Normally contact should be made through 'request #submit ' -- which will create a trackable 'ticket' with your message and the wizard's response. (Check your ticket status with 'request #req'.) Waiting for the wizard that you need to connect will often take forever, depending on your schedule when compared to theirs.
