How do I set a cinfo notify?

cinfo #set fieldName = {null:{tell:[{name:me} cinfo's you.],{owner:this}}} blah blah blah

Only do this for ONE field in your cinfo. Just once will notify you if anyone uses the cinfo command. However, misc fields must each be configured with look-notifies separately.
