Am I allowed to make a "vehicle" object?

No.

Vehicles, like puppets and zombies, pose special challenges to both the MUCK server and MUF that they are not able to handle, such as recursively checking permissions for entry to an area, listing who is actually listening in an area, etc. etc.

As such, they are not allowed on Tapestries where such privacy is important.
