To recover your password, you must meet the following requirements:
Access to one or more of the following:
The original email address that you registered with.
The last email address you set with @email.
The character (as is the case is with some people who's mud client hides their password from them.)
AND you must have logged into the character at least once in the past.
AND you must have the name or dbref of your character.
If you do not have the access listed in #1, you are probably out of luck.
Filling out this form WILL NOT HELP YOU. Your only hope is that there is
some identification on your character a wizard can use to verify you are
who you say you are. Email

The process works as follows:
You fill out this request form and get it submitted with out an error.
A key is mailed to your original email address, the last email
address you gave with @email, and is page #mailed to your character.
After two (2) days (and before 5) you can then come back to the form
listed in email, enter the key, and it will ask you to change your
password.
The password you give at this time will be immediately set on your
character, and the request will be closed.
At any time after the key is sent and before the request is finished
the key can be used to cancel the request. This is to allow anyone
that has access to the character a chance to say the request was invalid.
This is also the reason for the initial two (2) day delay in the process.
