@chlock

@chlock controls whether a non-wizard may @chown an object. It modifies the _/chlk property, and has the same syntax as @lock.

@chlock may be used to securely share access to an object - for example, @chlock obj = me | *A | *B - as long as you trust those listed to maintain the lock and CHOWN_OK status.
