If a room is LINK_OK, anyone can link exits to it (but still not from it). It has no real meaning for people, things, or exits, although it will cause them to show their object number to everyone.

A program that is link_ok can be called by any other program, and can be run from actions and propqueues not owned by the owner of the program.
