To build anything that will be classified as Core Building or Public Building, the project must be pre-approved by a building wizard, including scope, what type of building is expected to be attached to it, any special policies that the area will request, and the like. For Core areas one must agree that the area will be @chowned by a wizard and that the wiz core will maintain rights to keep and modify the area as they see fit. Further Core Building requires approval from the head wizard.

Quota extensions will be provided only for Core and Public building. To maintain a reasonable sized database we can not give extra room in it to unless the area is for public use. Mucks do not scale well because of how the memory model is designed, so we have to keep things tight.

Intent

The building policies of the Muck exist to manage system resources and maintain a positive environment for people to interact in.
