Most of the protected pages on this wiki are those that are officially sanctioned by the wizards. As such, we can not allow people to randomly edit them.
On the other hand, we are always happy to get feedback about them. The easiest way to do so is on the Forums. You can also comment on the discussion page.
One useful thing to do is to make your changes in a temporary page. You can do this by going to the page User:MyUserName/Proposed_edits_of_Pagename and creating a copy of the page with your edits for people to look at. This can be pointed to from the forums, or the discussion page. Note: You must have created your User:MyUserName page first before you can do this.
