Three Dimensional Furry Art

Here are some of the best examples of my furry 3D work. All of these were done in various versions of NewTek's Lightwave. You can clearly see the dramatic rise in the level of detail I've been able to achieve if you compare the old renders at the bottom of the list to the new ones at the top.

Generic 3D Female Face Close-Up

This is a closeup of the face on my generic female model. You can see that the eyes are much more sophisticated than my earlier attempts.

This is the generic female model that my next generation of furry models will be based on.

Generic 3D Male

This is the generic male model that my next generation of furry models will be based on.

Roj, Meta Test Renders

Well, after finishing Roj in Polygon mode, I decide to go back and completely re-tool him using MetaNURB patches instead. Much smoother! He's also wearing something a lot more casual here.

Raccoon Fighter "Roj", completed

The finished model of the fighter, complete with chain mail, sword, cloth, etc.

Raccoon Fighter "Roj", development

Some pics of an advanced model in various stages of development in Lightwave version 6.

3D Jaguar at Beach

Here's the finished seamless-skin Jaguar model, in a beach scene.

3D Jaguar Preview 2

This is a second preview of the jaguar model, which fixes the three things missing from the first: posable fingers, body textures, and hair.

3D Jaguar Preview 1

This is a first preview of the 3D Jaguar model, which I released before any textures were in place. This is a collage of pictures which demonstrates the range of expressions and poses possible with this model.

3D Guys

This is a kind of old rendering of my four dungeon guys done as low-polygon-count 3D models.
