Multum in parvo

Hello, and welcome to my addition to the World Wide Web. You'll notice few graphics in these pages. I used to use lynx as my browser, and since I had no idea what the end product would look like, there aren't many pictures. So if it looks as if this were typeset by a blind man, I apologize.

(Update - I'm using Netscape now, so there may be a few pics)

In any case, enjoy looking around!

What? Oh... you're wondering what to do here?

Well, you can find out who the heck "Pat" is, and why I'd use such a name...

On the less fictional side of things, I'm also into video games, and the Game Genie in particular. I've written a program called gamegen, which converts Super Nintendo Game Genie codes to their equivalent hexadecimal, and vice versa. It can even display the equivalent machine language opcodes of the 65c816, the chip the SNES uses.

'course, if you're so inclined, (and your browser is too) you can mail me at pat@NOSHPAMfur.com.

Yep. That's it. No bookmark lists. You'll have to look for 'em elsewhere. (You might want to check out my test page, though. lynx users especially.)

I have but one random-links page, discussing people Pat finds interesting -- your mileage may vary, of course.

I recently did a review for Pulpless.Com. I noticed a message on USENet a while ago -- one was permitted to download a copy of one of their books free, as long as one reviewed it afterwards. Sounded like a wonderful deal to me. The book, if you're curious, is Volk and you can read the Review of Volk here.

Deep thought: If pi is so random, how come 5,000,000 digits of pi compress to 2.7MB?

And because every little bit helps: Xenu.net helps fight the money-grubbing cult known as Scientology. If you think Scientology just makes those odd commercials with the volcanoes, go visit; you might be unpleasantly surprised.
