If passed one argument, evaluates the string and does pronoun substitution with regards to the using player.

If given two args, it does the pronoun substitution with regards to the given object.

Examples:

{pronouns:%s,{owner:this}} = he, she, it
{pronouns:%S,{owner:this}} = He, She, It
