A No Contact Order (or NCO) is a Wizard granted order by which two users are ordered not to speak to each other, directly or indirectly. NCOs are bidirectional regardless of how they are requested. Once granted, both parties must follow it until they both agree to it's being lifted.
Importantly: this is between the users, or players. Not the characters. This means that no two characters of the players may interact with each other.
