here is a keyword that can be used in many situations where you want to specify an object. It refers to the location of the player running the command or in some cases the location of the trigger of the command.
Examples of Here
You can type smell here to smell everyone in the room you are in.
You can type @set here=someprop:somevalue to set that property in the room you are in.
You can use here in MPI to reference the current room.
