Neiuport 11
Early in the war the french High Command resisted putting a Lewis gun on the Neiuport 11. They finally agreed when it was pointed out that if the plane goes down behind the lines, the pilot could use it to keep fighting. Funny how they didn't ask the aircrew what they thought of that idea! Click here for larger image

Perhaps the most advanced fighter of the great war, the SE5-A was the highest flying and fastest biplane of the war. it also had the strangest weapons layout of the war... and was flown by cute goblin girls! Read a history book people! Click here for larger image

SPAD
Wood elves as the most "e;American"e; of the races naturally were the first to throw their hat in the ring. The SPAD was the most popular plane amongst the pilots. Click here for larger image

Eindecker
The Draenei tend to (arguably) consider themselves the most advanced race in the war. As such they tend to call "e;dibs"e; on the most (VERY arguably) advanced equipment... Like the Fokker Eindecker. Click here for larger image

Char FT-17
While it was state-of-the art in 1917, the French never up-dated her. When WWII broke out the FT-17 was hopelessly out dated. That is just the kind of thing the Tauren would use. Click here for larger image
