Goblin Air Force
While the Goblin Boys didn't build subs or ships, they DID go to war with a Sea
Creature: Tahoe Tessie! The problem was the size difference. The Gobby boys
threw everything they had against her and were almost wiped out, but there is
some question weather or not Tessie even knew she was under attack. That
and the fact that just because their Aircraft look cool, doesn't mean that
you won't get your butt kicked!

Sub chaser
Just to give a little love to the Surface fleet, the Gobby gals built a Da Vinci
inspired submarine chaser. Believe it or not, part of the anti-submarine
weapon was a large rubber mallet to hit the periscope with. (And no, I'm
not making that up. In WW 1 harbor patrol boats were actually told to do
that!) The Gabby gals wanted something that goes BOOM so they fitted it
it with a 3 pounder Demon head to shoot at the subs with!

Uss Grayback
The problem with US Submarines it that they look so much like German
subs, that some times in movies, retired American subs were used as
stand-ins for German boats. The Gobby gals had to move to the 1950s
to find a suitable boat, the USS Grayback. Now say what you like about
the US Government, but even they aren't dumb enough to give Gobby gals
a REAL Ballistic missile, so the gals improvised a Roman Era Scorpion
siege weapon. They STILL haven't told me why they mounted a Dragon Skull
on the bow.

French Surcouf
Yet another idea gone wrong! The Surcouf was a HUGE boat armed with a strange
armament package. Instead of the norm 3-inch gun, she was armed with two 203mm
(Or 6-inch cruiser guns). Pre-war she carried a scout plane but later she would
have carried dozens of sea mines. Her fate was a mystery. While crossing the
Caribbean she just Disappeared! Best guess, she might have collided with the
American freighter Thompson, but until it's wreckage is found, we'll never know.
The gobby gals loved the idea and replaced it's 2 203mm guns with the Turret off
the Uss Monitor!

Japanese Type 400
Ok the when the Japanese have a BAD Idea, they go all in! The I-401 was an aircraft
carrying submarine that was HUGE! Built for an attack on the Panama Canal, she was
(fortunately for her pilots) recalled before the attack. She carried 3 Sea planes
with the Mission to torpedo the lock gates. PROBLEM: first these slow aircraft would
have faced up to 100 fighters, hundreds of anti-aircraft guns and sea patrols that
say the I-401 wouldn't have gotten into range to launch. The boats were so bad that
the US Navy used them for target practice after the war. The idea however was perfect
for the Gobby gals!

Italian CB-3 Mini Submarine
In this case, the Gobby Gals didn't actually Have to do much. The boat was already fairly
"cartoony". But it was surprisingly affective. Perhaps the MOST affective sub produced
For the Italian navy. The gals only replaced The launch tubes with Lion Head fish.
As a side note if you painted it Yellow, it Might look real familiar!
